I have been so impressed by the personal service I have received from you, and your willingness to help. It's so refreshing to deal with a 'real person' on the internet these days.
In the past, I have wasted days and days of time, energy and worry trying to get my computer to recover from a catastrophic crash. I now have all my files backed up properly, and knowing I can use System Rescue to re-load my system software from DOS is a massive relief. Without this, I think my old computer (running on Windows 98) was destined to be scrapped.
This is a great piece of software, and is sold at a really cheap price. Added to this, the on-line help I have received from Pianosoft has been superb. The problems I have encountered have been specifically addressed by them and nothing has been too much trouble for them.

Only after few months I have experienced its real benefeits - Windows unexpected, inexplicable, silly errors (Outlook Express receives half of messages ,then disconnects by itself ;Internet and Windows Explorer sudden crashes, improper Windows shutdowns etc.) are solved by simplest and most efficient way - THEY ARE GONE after few clicks and System rescue managers system restore. It works like magic !
